Terms of Service

EventInFlow Effective date: February 23, 2026

1. Definitions

• "Services" means the EventInFlow software, websites, apps, and related services.
• "Customer" means the organization or individual that subscribes to EventInFlow.
• "Users" means individuals authorized by a Customer to use the Services, including staff users.
• "Customer Data" means data submitted to the Services by or on behalf of a Customer or its Users.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Use of the Services

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you will not:

• Use the Services to violate any law or regulation.
• Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.
• Transmit malware or interfere with system integrity or performance.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited or promotional messages to users without consent.

4. Customer Data and Privacy

Customers and Users retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant EventInFlow permission to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services.

Handling of Sensitive Data

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to upload or store sensitive personal information, including tax identification numbers, within the Services. EventInFlow implements reasonable safeguards but does not assume responsibility for the accuracy or legal compliance of Customer-submitted data.

5. SMS Notifications (Optional)

If a User opts in to SMS notifications, EventInFlow may send transactional text messages related to work schedules, shift assignments, schedule changes, and event reminders. No promotional messages are sent through this program.

• Msg & data rates: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to opt out at any time, or disable SMS notifications in account settings.
• Help: reply HELP for help.
• Consent: consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments (Stripe)

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees disclosed at checkout or in an order form. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Taxes may apply.

We may change pricing or fees in the future by providing reasonable notice, consistent with applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services (for example, Stripe for payment processing, analytics providers such as Google Analytics, and communications providers such as Twilio). Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

EventInFlow and its content, features, and functionality are owned by EventInFlow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription term, subject to these Terms.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to keep non-public information about the Services confidential, including pricing, product roadmaps, and technical details provided to you, unless you have our written permission or disclosure is required by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Services.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventInFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EventInFlow from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post an updated version and revise the effective date above.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Florida where EventInFlow is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
