What is the Event Inflow staff network?
The Event Inflow staff network helps people who work events get invited to event work. Event companies use Event Inflow to schedule and staff their events, so your profile shows them the event work you know, the work you'd like to train for, and how far you can travel. You choose whether only the companies you're connected to can invite you, or any participating event company as the network opens up.

What you'll add to your profile
Creating your Event Inflow profile is simple:
- The basics: add your name, email, password, and home city and state
- Your experience and interests: share the work you've done and the work you'd like to learn, plus any qualifications, languages, or training
- Where you'll work: share how far you'll travel from home and any other cities or regions
- Who can invite you: choose from only the companies you're connected to, or all participating event companies
- Optional extras: include a profile photo, a mobile number, and your street address, if you want to add them
Already work for a company that uses Event Inflow?
If an event company already schedules you in Event Inflow, sign in to set up your profile. In Event Inflow, you can accept or decline shift offers on your My Shifts page, set the days you can work on My Availability, and see everything for each shift — from start time and parking to dress code and pay — in Before You Go.

Do I need experience to create a profile?
No. In Event Inflow, you can list your experience and separately select work you would like to learn. Each company sets its own hiring and training requirements.
Can I choose which companies invite me?
Yes. In Event Inflow, choose only the companies your account is connected to, or all participating event companies. You can change this preference in your profile.
What kinds of event work can I list?
Event Inflow profiles cover event entertainment, setup and breakdown, guest services and registration, food and beverage service, bartending, brand ambassador and promotions, audio, lighting and event production, equipment delivery, warehouse and loading, and event coordination and leadership. You can also add other roles that interest you.
Can I work in more than one area?
Yes. Your Event Inflow profile includes how far you'll travel from home, and you can add other cities or regions where you'd like to work.
Who can see my address?
Your street address is optional in Event Inflow, and it isn't part of a public worker directory.
Do I have to receive text messages?
No. SMS is optional. If you opt in, Event Inflow may send transactional invitations and shift updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Does signing up guarantee a job?
No. Your Event Inflow profile helps you prepare for opportunities. Work, pay, qualifications, and training depend on the hiring company and the event.
